Oh Hai!
I'm still around, still sleeping with that crazy OS called Linux
My gfx card died on my main pc and being the nutjob that I am, I have installed 42 on an almost dead and quite mad lappy. It's French with an AZERTY keyboard. Oh and it has no harddrive. The entire pc and 42 run on a pair of 4gig memory sticks that I plug in. 42 is running thanks to WINE on Ubuntu. It runs amazingly well considering its tiny prison and I can plug it in and play on any pc capable of booting from a stick. The same stick also has TM United and a couple of other games on it.
I can't play on PB enabled servers this way, but that may already be possible from XP running virtually on VirtualBox with 3d graphics enabled. I can't test it out until teh wifey allows me to divert funds away from house renovations to blow on a shiny new gfx card.
Oh well. Better stop rattling on and wait to see if there is life in here still
Luv
